Higher Education.

City of Knowledge has proudly graduated hundreds of high school seniors. 100% of our high school graduates have matriculated to college. Furthermore, 100% of high school seniors who apply to 4-year universities are accepted.

Our graduates are regularly accepted into and have graduated from the nation’s most competitive universities including all the UCs (UCLA, UC Berkeley, UC Irvine, UC San Diego, etc.), USC, the Cal State Universities, Claremont Colleges, and more. Students who were educated for most or all of their lives at City of Knowledge have been accepted from City of Knowledge into some of the world’s top-ranked universities including Yale, Stanford, Pomona College, and more.

Those who have completed their education serve in a variety of fields in the public and private sectors. However, we find that our Alumni continue to serve our community and other Muslim communities far past their graduation.

Brother & Sisterhood.

Alhamdulillah, we take pride in the accomplishments of City of Knowledge alumni. But the most special part about being a City of Knowledge alumnus is the family you belong to for the rest of your life.

Alumni have expressed that their closest friends far past graduation are those they developed at City of Knowledge. We believe this is because the bonds they build at City of Knowledge are far deeper than typical friendships. They also share spiritual bonds.

They join together in social and spiritual events to help strengthen these bonds of faith and brother/sisterhood. Among the events they plan and regularly attend are our Saturday Circles, which are gatherings every other Saturday where alumni, high school students, and friends join to learn about and discuss a religious topic.

City of Knowledge alumni can regularly be seen on campus assisting with various tasks, helping to plan or carry out events, or just visiting their old stomping grounds. They know that even after they graduate, they always have a home at City of Knowledge.

Service.

We work hard to instill values of compassion, service, humility, and God consciousness in our students, and we see these efforts manifest themselves in many of our alumni, who continue to serve their communities and our school well past graduation. Most importantly, the Islamic environment and teachings provided in City of Knowledge enable our students to develop understanding and confidence in their faith during their formative years, and to continue their educations and careers as proud and knowledgeable Muslims.

Our alums maintain an alumni association, through which they assist and volunteer at the school in various capacities including mentoring students, coaching students through college applications/admissions, raising funds, and engaging in various special events.
